All online Furniture delivery orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, regardless of the reason. We will arrange a collection from you and a collection charge of £150 will apply.
If you would like to arrange a collection, please contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to assist. We would ask that where possible, queries should be made via this webform link or click the Livechat icon on the bottom right of your screen.
Once we receive the item back in our warehouse, we'll issue a full refund (minus your £150 collection fee) which will be back in your account within 10 business days.

If you purchased your order in one of our stores, you can return your order within 14 days, however a 25% deposit plus £150 collection charge will be retained.
