All online parcel orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, regardless of reason. All items to be returned must be in fully resalable condition in their original packaging.
Smaller items can be returned in the following ways:
- Return to a Heal's store - Our stores can be found here: https://www.heals.com/stores/
- Drop off at a DPD drop off facility - please advise a suitable shop so a label can be issued which will need to be printed by yourself http://www.dpd.co.uk/apps/shopfinder/index.jsp
- Collection (£8.95) - We can arrange collection of smaller items with DPD, please advise a suitable day Monday to Friday and we can book this in
- Return by post (cost to be covered by customer)
If you are posting your order or returning it via DPD, please contact Customer Services to get a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and ensure this is added to your returns form. This will ensure there is no delay in processing your refund.
Once we receive the item back in our warehouse, we'll issue a full refund (minus your £8.95 collection fee if applicable) which will be back in your account within 10 business days.
